The 2009 Reserva de la Familia Brut Nature Gran Reserva is a blend of 50% Xarello, 30% Macabeo, 10% Parellada and 10% Chardonnay aged in contact with the lees for three years before being disgorged. It has a clean, spicy, yeasty, smoky nose with notes of apples and white flowers, very recognizable as Cava. The palate is fresh and balanced with well-integrated bubbles and acidity, which make it easy to drink. Drink now.
Juve & Camps is a very popular Cava producer in Spain, which seems to have improved its range and added a few luxury cuvees to their range while also moving to organic farming practices.
