From an encépagement of 60% Grenache, 18% Cinsault, 12% Clairette and 5% each Mourvèdre and Syrah, Trinquevedel's 2022 Tavel offers aromas that hint at burnt rubber (decanting will help this), followed by raspberries, peaches and citrus. It's full-bodied and generous on the palate, with a ripe, silky feel and a lingering finish, so there's plenty to like here. Just remember to decant.
