The wine builds its medium intensity and mouthfeel around the primary fruit, and thankfully there is enough of that to pair with pizza or a simple pasta with tomato sauce and grated Parmigiano. If you are looking for simplicity and purity, you can't go wrong here. The blend is 55% Corvina, 25% Corvinone and 20% Rondinella, and winemaking is completed in stainless steel only.
