The red blend 2016 Berola contains mostly Garnacha and Syrah (not sure what the difference is with Bolé) with a similar profile as the rest of the portfolio, ripe red and black fruit somewhat dulled by the use of oak—in this case, 14 months in French and American oak barrels (70% and 30%, respectively). It has more dark chocolate and vanilla aromas, but I still prefer the Bolé. 100,000 bottles.
