Bindi’s 2009 Composition Chardonnay has intense aromas of citrus and toast intermixed with notes of lemon peel, grapefruit, buttered toast and a touch of fresh ginger. The medium bodied palate is crisp and very tight, giving plenty of minerals and a pleasantly tart, long finish. It should drink best 2011 to 2016.
