A wine not to be missed is Araujo’s 2003 Sauvignon Blanc. A fragrant, exotic Sauvignon Blanc (two-thirds of the blend is the flamboyant clone of Sauvignon Blanc known as Musque) with 4% Viognier in the blend, it offers up tropical fruit, fig, mineral, and earth-like aromas. This elegant, crisp, medium-bodied, fresh but intense white seduces the taster by its aromatics alone, but the flavors hold up as well. Drink it over the next 1-2 years.(Release date 4/04)Tel.
