李志延酒评：我盲品了1978、1985和1990年这3个年份的拉塔希（La Tache）葡萄酒，这是我最喜爱的一支，品质堪称完美。它展示了品质绝佳的拉塔希应有的深度、复杂度、缥缈而持久的风味以及萦绕于口中的余味。该酒强劲而精致，同时展现出动人的香料风味。陈年后带有异域迷人的甜美干花瓣、香料、草本和果干的风味，微妙且富有层次。

Tasting Note：An ethereal wine filled with sweet dried rose and jasmine petals that seems delicate at first but is quite the opposite on the palate. The wine opens up like a rose in full bloom with flavors of spice box, dried currants and mixed herbs. There is an underlying sweetness of fruit combined with a firm backbone of acidity. The texture is silky soft, like chiffon, but the persistence and finish reveals its power. This is an incredible wine, an amazing bottle, with a long, lingering finish.
